L.A. Colors Gelly Glam Metallic Eye Color

Sheer shimmer to intense metal, this water-based blendable eye color goes on wet and dries quickly for a long-wearing metallic look. The unique formula has a gelly texture that feels amazing and wears beautifully. Once dry, it is non-sticky, smudge and crease-resistant. Plus, it can be used alone or on top of powder. Available in eight stunning colors.
