A revelation in style and convenience – these dual use pencils give black eye liner precision on one end with a sumptuous smoothie of creamy, metallic eye shadow on the other. Ideal companions to take anywhere and create a seductive pop of colour to the eyes. These work perfectly as a base for building eye shadow to create your desired look.
