I. Basic Provisions

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data obtained by the controller based on the fulfillment of your order.

The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

Performance of the contract between you and the controller pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (specifically for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your consent to processing for the purposes of direct marketing (specifically for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, in cases where no goods or services have been ordered.
The purpose of processing personal data is:

Processing your order and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; personal data required for successful order processing (name, address, contact) are requested during the order process. Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude or perform the contract by the controller.
Sending commercial communications and conducting other marketing activities.
The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. You have provided your explicit consent for such processing.

IV. Data Retention Period

The controller stores personal data:

For the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
Until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, if the data is processed based on consent.
After the expiration of the retention period, the controller shall delete the personal data.

V. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller)

Recipients of personal data are persons:

Involved in the delivery of goods / services / execution of payments based on the contract.
Providing e-shop operation services and other services in connection with the e-shop operation.
Providing marketing services.
The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.

Services used for marketing and support:

Google Analytics – records cookies and website usage.
Google Adwords – records cookies and website usage.
Google Shopping – review requests, records email if agreed upon during the order process.
Heureka – records purchase conversions and email for the "Verified by Customers" service.
Zboží.cz – records purchase conversions and email.
Slik – records cookies, website usage, and purchase conversions.
VI. Your Rights

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:

The right to access your personal data under Art. 15 GDPR.
The right to rectification of personal data under Art. 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR.
The right to erasure of personal data under Art. 17 GDPR.
The right to object to processing under Art. 21 GDPR.
The right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR.
The right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller specified in Section I. You may also withdraw consent at any time in your customer account.
Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to data protection has been violated.

VII. Personal Data Security Conditions

The controller declares that they have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.

The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and repositories of personal data in paper form, in particular secure/encrypted web access, encryption of customer passwords in the database, regular system updates, and regular system backups.

The controller declares that only persons authorized by them have access to personal data.

VIII. Final Provisions

By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy terms and that you accept them in their entirety.

These terms take effect on May 25, 2018.
